I am a retired Occupational Therapist and I went back to school for 2 years and 1,000 hrs to become Certified as a Yoga Therapist.
I started my yoga therapy practice because I believe in the power of self-awareness. That place inside of us that holds our wisdom, vitality, and strength that we may not recognize in our daily lives. But it’s always there, ready to be tapped.
As humans, we’re all growing in the same direction. With each new season of our lives, we gain limitless knowledge about life. Yoga therapy is a practical way to look within ourselves, support our own path to wellness, and age with grace.
I have always been driven to help people. Yoga therapy allowed me to teach and work with people who were interested in healing and gaining energy, strengthening both the mind and the body as well as return to spirit....no matter what age.
