The Energy Reboot Plan offers 12 weeks of one to one private coaching with me via 9 video calls lasting 50 minutes each. Occuring weekly with 3 agreed 'break' weeks (usually the 4th, 8th and 11th week) and email and/or text check-ins. The full package costs $649 (£522) if paid in full (or $810 (£639) if paid as x3 $270 (£213) installments). (The "Price" is based on full payment and 'Session Duration' relates to coaching minutes only.) The connection with me, via email/text outside of this time, is not included in the total minutes of the package but is covered in the price.
