About me

I spent many years questioning everything. Especially the unseen things.
I joined the US Coast Guard for 30 years. Struggled with weight and health issues.
When I retired in 2016, I got my weight down and got healthier.
Everything revolved around the body (diet and exercise).
In 2020, when we all suddenly had extra time to ponder, the universe delivered an opportunity to attend a week-long transformation presentation. I discovered some new and interesting information that made a lot of sense. I joined the Satori Prime group, but that wasn't enough to satiate my intense pull to help humanity. I also started following Dr. Sue Morter and over the next year I became a certified BEST practitioner for people. Then, I discovered that BEST is even more effective for animals. So, I decided to combine my love of animals and my new found desire to help people into a holistic health business.
