About me

It all started with a flute! I began my journey into the sound healing world by self healing my PTSD through learning how to play the Native American Flute. I felt called to go deeper and began my pursuit in broadening my knowledge by attending a school known as, "The Mediate Tribe" this resulted in obtaining two certifications, "Practitioner of Sound Therapies" and "Practitioner of Vibrational Therapy".

My approach to sound healing is gentle and fun. I use a variety of instruments such as flutes, drums, gongs, and more to create sound scapes that call in the elements of fire, wind, water, earth, and heart. I see myself as being a vessel to help guide you on your path to discover what your spirit needs. I am honored to be part of your journey and thankful for you taking the time to learn more about me.
