As a mother of 6, I've faced unimaginable grief, losing a daughter to addiction. Through this heartbreak, my upbringing and training in holistic healing pulled me through. Raised by an alternative health practitioner, I learned everything from Ayurvedic to Reflexology. After a traumatic experience in my teens, I threw myself into alternative healthcare, determined to heal myself and others.
