About me
Dan is the leading expert, practitioner, and trainer of Detoxination®. He is the son of the world renowned expert in human detoxification of heavy metals, synthetic/man-made chemicals, and radiation, Dr. David E. Root.
Detoxination involves niacin, low impact aerobic exercise, and sauna to liberate fat-stored heavy metals and synthetic chemicals, and then sweat them out during several sauna cycles.
