About me

Attending online certification programs afforded me the opportunity to further my education and broaden my knowledge in the areas of life, health and overall well-being. As a result, I am able to apply that knowledge in combination with personal challenges I've overcome to deliver a gratifying and self identifying experience to all of my clients. I firmly believe that changing minds, habits, and establishing clarity will lead to permanently maintaining a healthier lifestyle. I offer a variety of life coaching packages, health and wellness packages, and cleanse and mindfulness meditation sessions. I am passionate about cultivating a calmer and reduced stress existence for individuals who are seeking change.

My Philosophy of Care

A few years ago, I discovered my purpose in life was to help people. I have had my share of personal experiences that afforded me the opportunity to turn them into learning tools in order to help the next person. For years, I struggled with a lack of direction, feeling unhappy and incomplete, weight fluctuation, digestive issues, feeling sluggish, coping with anxiety and depression, and just overall feeling bad about myself. I am a domestic violence survivor. My experience with domestic violence began when I was a child in my home with my dad. Those experiences carried through to my adulthood and were contributing factors to many of my struggles. My ultimate goal is to educate others who may have similar experiences with hopes it will alleviate or shorten the length of time they need to achieve goals they never thought were possible.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

During the initial consultation, the client and myself go through a question and answer process. I create an environment where they feel safe talking about their needs as well as making them feel comfortable sharing personal road blocks or obstacles they may have been experiencing. Once their needs are identified, we choose the course of action that is right for them as every person is unique. There is no set process that will fit everyone.

My Inspiration

Get energized and motivated. Be engaged with your goals and achieve them. You will understand how to increase your confidence and gain clarity on your purpose. Overcome obstacles, address fears, have better decision making, unlock your full potential all while receiving unbiased feedback and non-judgement.

You will learn deep breathing in a comfortable position, bringing all of your awareness to your breath and consciously guiding the mind toward an anchor, or a single point of focus.

I offer you ways to eat healthier and slow down while eating meals, improve your sleep, reduce inflammation, increase your energy, improve your digestive system, reduce stress, become unstuck, declutter your mind, improve self confidence and much, much more.
