About meBefore I began studying Craniosacral therapy my background had been in teaching yoga and offering yoga therapy. When my son was about 8 years old he began to receive craniosacral therapy and I would sit in the treatment room so he felt comfortable. I began to notice that I was beginning to experience what he was feeling in his session. I later began receiving sessions and found that it had a profound effect on me on all levels. Over time I realized this was something I wanted to learn and offer to clients and help them feel better.
My goal is to create a safe healing environment where the client can feel comfortable. We move at a pace that is appropriate for each individual in a co-created field.
Quite often Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy can help people improve their health in ways that the standard medical profession cannot. And it can amplify other treatment the client might be receiving.
