I believe that the most important thing is to come from a space of love. I believe that love heals and that when we drop into that space, miracles occur. Of course, I also believe that we need to address the body, mind and spirit when I work with people. I use a " whole systems" approach to my coaching and practice.
At this time, I do my first visits via telemedicine. A client will purchase either an hour or 45 minute consult. In the consult, I will go over all their systems including sleep , digestion, musculo-skeletal, respiration, cardiovascular, endocrine as well as their emotional and spiritual life. I will look at their tongue and ask a lot of questions as well as give insight,
I think it was a calling. Everyone I met kept telling me to go into Chinese Medicine. I had my own digestive issues at the time and Chinese Medicine saved me.
