As a Baby Boomer and child of the 60s, I've always been an idealist who believes in the inherent good in people and supports individuals in becoming their best selves. I understand that we each face unique challenges and lessons in life, but we also possess the tools to overcome them. My journey has taught me the importance of focusing on personal growth, allowing others to help, and cultivating patience with oneself.

Raised in a traditional family with hidden dynamics, I followed a conventional path until a transformative period led me to change professions, relationships, and priorities. This experience helped me find balance between my intellectual and intuitive selves, which is essential for therapeutic work.

I believe many of us struggle with self-judgment, insecurity, lack of confidence, and seeking stability externally. As someone who has navigated these challenges, I am here to support you in your learning and growth.

After years in traditional roles, a serendipitous encounter with Hypnotherapy revealed my natural aptitude for this work. Continued training allowed me to specialize in areas close to my heart, such as childhood trauma, weight management, attachment disorders, abuse, and addictions.

I recognize that each client requires a unique approach, and I find joy in helping them discover the modalities that resonate with their needs.
