About me

Diane Przymus is a gifted healer, teacher and guide. She connects directly to your Higher Self and gets to the heart of the matter so you can experience deep transformation and healing. She helps her clients clear limiting beliefs, heal core wounds, and tap into their innate brilliance so they can live a fulfilling and joyful life. Diane is passionate about helping people discover and live their life purpose. As a business coach, she has helped many mission-driven people launch successful small businesses. She has enjoyed a thriving private practice combining Shiatsu (Traditional Chinese Medicine inspired bodywork), Qigong healing, and Intuitive Life Coaching since 2010. She teaches Business and Marketing, Somatic Psychology, and Shiatsu at the Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville, NC. Her journey to find the most effective healing tools began 20 years ago when she earned her Bachelor’s in Arts degree in Psychology. After working in the field of social work as well as in neurocognitive and psychophysiological research laboratories, she struggled with the limitations of the medical model and the mainstream psychological paradigm. Longing for a more holistic perspective that went beyond symptom relief, she pursued intensive studies in mind, body, spirit modalities. Her recent training in Universal Intelligence (UI) Mentoring has brought her work to a whole new level of results for her clients. Questions & Answers

Diane Przymus Answers
I love all of the suggestions. I would agree that meditation and energy clearing can decrease the amount of sleep you need. My teacher, Master Lin who is an incredible Qi Gong Healer shared that he generally needs only 3-4 hours of sleep a day. This is because he is often operating on a high vibrational level. Our vibration is affected by what we focus on and the emotional reaction that generates as well as the food we eat and the environments we spend time in. So meditation, spending time in nature, eating high vibration foods, energy clearing, being aware of our thoughts, doing something you are passionate about and practicing gratitude can all boost our vibration and possibly require us to need less sleep. I notice that I only need 6 hours of sleep as opposed to 8 when I am doing these things. That said, I believe everyone is different and we need to listen to and honor our bodies needs. I don't want to contribute to an idea that those who need less sleep are somehow more advanced or enlightened. Sleep can be a wonderful way to reboot and heal. My suggestion is to tune into your bodymind and ask your inner guidance what is in the highest good for you?
