As a result of working with Dina from Vida Nutrition I learned how to eat healthy with not a lot of effort and to control my portions. The way Dina explained all the steps and her constant communication through the chat is very helpful. Her advice help me to lose weight. My plan was easy to follow, I enjoyed the recipes and learned how to keep the results for a lifetime. I have already recommend Dina to friends and family because it worked. Dina is nice, and cares about you. You do not feel any pressure. And no food is forbidden I will miss our weekly sessions. Thanks a lot for your help!
I always thought I was a healthy eater but had some challenges with emotional eating. Dina taught me not only a really simple way to build healthy meals and snacks she guided me through a process of self discovery that allowed me to stop emotional eating. As a result I am eating healthier, feel more in control of my food choices and much happier with my body. The best part I no longer feel guilty for eating carbs. I recommend Dina to everyone. After reversing my prediabetes by ending cycles of emotional and binge eating I have developed a true passion for helping people live the healthy energetic lives they deserve. Food shouldn't make us feel weighed down physically or mentally but rather should make us feel energetic and empowered. I offer practical strategies that make healthy eating Do-able and empower clients to make mindset shifts so they can feel in control of their behaviors.

The best supplement(s) to take will depend on the root cause of your anxiety. Seeking a dietitian-nutritionist to check for nutritional deficiencies and/or food sensitivities is a good start. It will likely also be helpful (if not more helpful) to seek psychotherapy and/or hypnosis to help deal with stress/anxiety. I'm happy to provide you with recommendations for both :)
