It was my desire to develop a deeper connection with my spirituality and self-awareness. My education furthered my knowledge and allowed me to become more self-aware. As a result of my spiritual journey, I became involved with energy work. Reiki allows us to receive life force energy in our body, mind, and soul by keeping our energy balanced and flowing.
