About me
I have worked in the mental and behavioral health fields for 20 years. I have a Master's in Community Counseling, Wellness Coach training from Institute for Integrative Nutrition and multiple additional certifications in mindfulness, Reiki, and other complimentary and alternative healing methods. I have won awards for my work in Mental Health Skill building and Intensive Therapeutic Parenting. I use an integrative approach to include complimentary and alternative methods of healing along side psychoeducation tools.
