About me

I've had a passion for nutrition and health for over 20 years.

When I had the chance to turn my passions into a business, it gave me the chance to help people achieve optimal health through clean eating and natural strategies, in a low-stress way, so the changes they make are sustainable for life.

I believe that nutrition should be the main focus when it comes to our health; but what I also learned along the way is that nutrition alone, isn't usually enough anymore because of so many toxins that are hijacking our bodies..

What I found was a science-based nutraceutical company that specializes in a new science called Nutrigenomics; researching, testing, and creating products to address the biochemical effects of aging.

One of the main biochemical effects of aging is oxidative stress. Which causes your cells to start wearing down. We’re reversing the process.

These products are helping people achieve healthy living and a better quality of life, through a combination of scientifically validated products that are first-to-market and category creating that help you beat brain fog, age better and slower and regain your energy so you can live the life YOU deserve.

My nutrition passion also extended to our pets. I'm also a certified pet food nutrition specialist and specialize in analyzing pet food/treat ingredients. Your pets are family and we all want our pets to live longer and healthier too. I can help you navigate through the confusing pet food aisle.

If you are looking to transform your health, I'd begin with keeping a journal so that you are able to review everything you are eating, review that and then start making changes. The first change that most people need to make is cutting back on sugar and processed foods while adding more whole foods.. It also depends on if you have health issues.

Ashwagandha is an adaptogen and can help your body handle stress. For example, it can lower blood sugar levels, reduce cortisol, boost brain function and help fight symptoms of anxiety and depression. I have adrenal issues and it helps reduce my fatigue.
