I earned my Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2008 from Nova Southeastern University, in sunny South Florida where I was born and raised. I am a devoted wife and mother of two beautiful young girls. I am the CEO and Founder of Holistic Simple Living, LLC, a Functional Medicine Practice dedicated to helping stressed out women achieve their health and wellness goals with holistic lifestyle changes and helping them create their ideal balanced life.
