This is a 6-day holistic wellness beach retreat at beautiful South Padre Island, TX. This retreat is intended to stop and correct destructive patterns and replace them with predictable holistic healing pathways. Any stage of destruction can be turned around with a choice. Wellness is a choice and not a chance.

This holistic retreat will teach you how to make better mind, body, and spiritual recovery choices. You will receive 36 hours of action-oriented steps with plenty of free time to enjoy nature and the island. This is not a lecture-based event, but a holistic action-based wellness activity experience. The retreat is limited to 6 individuals working together to learn how to heal their body (physical, emotional, etheric, astral, spiritual, highest self). You will be helping others in key-focused sessions to remove the self-focus. This ensures service to others and everyone heals.

The doctor will also focus on individual and specific needs during your retreat and will continue with Telehealth visits when you return home to ensure continuity in healing.

Step 1 Telehealth Visit with the Doctor: Each participant will have a preliminary Telehealth Consultation, 30 minutes, to discuss medical issues and create a treatment plan for your retreat. Preliminary diagnostic lab tests, food & physical issues, and elective services will be discussed, scheduled, ordered, and paid for at this time. Labs are 30 days in advance of retreat to ensure timely reports of findings. Preliminary Diagnostic Testing included: Hair Mineral Analysis, Comprehensive Chemistry, Total Toxic Burden, or other custom panels based on need.
Step 2 Core Program includes: body system survey, whole body scan & nutrition testing, natural remedies, vital foods, fat bombs, in-house food prep, emotion code, energy centers, raindrop therapy, Tesla Ion Foot Cleanse (3), yoga, Jin Shin Jyutsu, meditation, nature hike & bike, art therapy, paddle board, sea link, land link, escaping past, wildlife immersion, creative journaling, transformation story, fish and shrimp jubilee, custom 21 Day Purification Kit - selected according to testing.
Step 3 Focused healing is the theme and you do it with a team all creating the same healing environment field through proven techniques and practices. Recovering from the impossible made known through intention and doing holistic healing work.
