About me
As a Holistic Health Practitioner with a diverse background in engineering and software development, I bring a unique perspective to wellness. My 20+ years of experience solving complex problems has taught me the importance of finding simple, effective solutions. Becoming a mother ignited my passion for holistic health. I dove into researching diet and supplementation to improve my family's well-being.
Faced with the sudden loss of my brother and father, I channeled my grief into pursuing my Holistic Health Practitioner Certification. Through this journey, I discovered the profound impact of thoughts and emotions on health and healing. Stress is inevitable, but holding onto anger and resentment can poison our lives.
I became an Emotional Center Point Release Practitioner (ECPR) and PSYCH-K® Facilitator to help clients release and reperceive their past traumas and subconscious conditioning, paving the way for true healing.
