I am a virtual health coach specializing in permanent and sustainable weight management, intuitive eating and nutrient analysis.
I grew up in a Lebanese/Mediterranean household where our life revolved around food.
I am a big believer in mindful eating and intuitive eating as well as nourishing yourself instead of restrictive calorie diets, as they are less sustainable.
I have been coaching corporate clients for 4 years. Many of my clients are able to lose excess weight in 6 months- 1 year and keep it off for a long time.
Forming lifelong habits that keep your weight off and health on top take time to form (sometimes 3-6 months).
I struggled with hormonal issues (adrenal fatigue, thyroid, irregular cycles) and digestive problems which inspired me to want to heal myself through nutrition and lifestyle and therefore help others on their journey to wellness. Since our bodies rely so much on nutrition, it is important to make good choices about the food we eat.
