Alexander Technique (AT) helps me organize my mind and body to support me in every way, from standing and sitting well, to standing up to fatigue and anxiety -- our constant companions during the pandemic. Both my parents were doctors, and like them I wanted to make people well. But I have always been particularly interested in how individuals can promote their own wellness. By teaching AT, I help people learn skills they can use to feel and function better, and do what they need and want to do, every day.
