Elizabeth Kipp Stress Management
Chronic Pain Specialist, Addiction Recovery Coach, Ancestral Clearing® Practitioner, Yoga & Meditation Teacher
I am a Chronic Pain Management Expert, Addiction Recovery Coach, Ancestral Clearing Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, and best-selling author who is in long-term recovery from chronic pain and concurrent addiction.
I specialize in helping people heal from chronic pain and offer workshops and individual sessions around the world to help them release the grip of chronic pain and addiction. Through natural alternatives to pain medication, I have walked this journey and facilitate freedom from those who suffer from chronic pain.

I am the author of “The Way Through Chronic Pain: Tools to Reclaim Your Healing Power.”
I live in Lawrence, Kansas, where she helps people find and build a stable recovery path. Along with my prolific writing, I practice and teach Trauma-Informed Yoga and Ancestral Clearing.

I will provide the client with a felt experience of relief from stress and provide them with a tool to take with them into their life after the visit.

My pain was not addressed by this strategy. In fact, it was exacerbated by it. I became hypervigilant, suffered from hyperalgesia and frequent debilitating panic attacks. My health suffered greatly because this approach led to:
my pain getting worse and worse;
a compromised ability to breathe and digest food, so I was not
