About me

I have a passion for health and happiness. After a decade in school studying the brain, the gut, and environment around us, I have a firm grasp on what works and what doesn’t.

My clients enjoy me because I have a very laid back and easy-going approach. I keep things light and fun while getting to the root cause of the problem at hand. This way, you can live the life you were meant to live and I can be happy I helped another person navigate this crazy world.

I started my journey in my 20’s when my mom died with cancer. I say with because the cancer didn’t kill her, the treatment did.
