Because of my experience with yoga, I am excited that we now have a certified yoga therapist in the area. I am excited that I now have someone that I can refer my patient to, who will benefit from this complementary therapy.”

About me

Ellen Aldrich, RN, ERYT-200, RYT-500, C-IAYT Yoga Therapist, has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching yoga for 6 years in Beaumont, Texas. She began her training as a yoga therapist in 2014 completing over 800 training hours for certification through the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). She has additional certifications in Functional Yoga Therapy, Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy, Overcoming Anxiety, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga for Heart Disease and Cancer. She teaches chair yoga through Older Adults Sharing In Service (OASIS), a Respite Ministry, teaching physically and cognitively challenged seniors. She also teaches a variety of group yoga classes, private lessons and specializes in private yoga therapy sessions.
