How do you feel at home in your body again after a major life change, breakup, or divorce?

I’ve spent over two decades in the health and wellness field, and this work is deeply personal—shaped by extensive professional training and real-life experience.

I understand what it’s like to keep functioning on the outside while something inside is asking for attention.

I hold a B.S. in Physiology and am I trained as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, trauma-informed somatic practitioner, and yoga instructor.

My work lives outside traditional therapy and rigid protocols. Instead, we focus on the nervous system, the body, and the subconscious patterns that shape how you experience life.

I don’t believe people are broken or need fixing. I believe many people adapted for survival—and those adaptations can be gently released when you’re ready for something different.

This work is for moments of transition.

I work with people navigating life changes, emotional overwhelm, and relationship wounds—often thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who say things like, “I don’t feel like myself anymore,” or “I know I’m ready to move forward.”

Our work together is paced, relational, and grounded.
