About me

As a Registered Dietitian with a Master's Degree in Nutrition, I'm passionate about empowering others to lead healthier, more vibrant lives through plant-based nutrition and holistic lifestyle practices. My goal is to be your ally on your wellness journey, providing you with the knowledge and support you need to optimize your brain health, reduce blood pressure, inflammation, and cholesterol, lose weight sustainably, and prevent or reverse chronic diseases like Type 2 Diabetes and heart disease.

I believe that food is medicine, and that by nourishing our bodies with wholesome, plant-based foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds, we can transform our mental and physical well-being. Having experienced the incredible health benefits of a plant-based lifestyle firsthand, I'm inspired to share my passion and expertise with others, so they too can feel healthier and more energized than ever before.

When I'm not guiding others on their path to wellness, you can find me cooking and baking delicious, nourishing plant-based meals, exploring the great outdoors through hiking, biking, and backpacking, and spending quality time with my loved ones, including my adorable dog, Dixie.
