About me
About me
I started my spiritual journey in 2020 during the covid lockdown. Depression and loneliness pushed me to seek “another way” to live. I then ran into Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza and started practicing his meditations. I started experiencing states of joy and happiness that I had not experienced before. This prompted me to start reading more books and pursue more spiritual knowledge. At that time, I was suffering from anxiety and anger toward my parents’ divorce.
