About me

Hi, I'm Erika, The Energetic Empress but my friends call me E; I'm your Polarity Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, Sound Healer, Intuitive, and occasional Medium. I am an Arizona native. I worked in the banking industry for over 15 years and decided, after a life changing trip to Bali in 2019, I needed a career change. I knew I needed to be in a position to assist others become the best version of themselves. Fast forward 4 years and now I get the pleasure of doing what I love everyday.

I found and fell in love with Polarity Therapy in 2019. What I love about it is this work wakes you up, it holds you accountable, and it creates a space for your innate intelligence to take care of you.
