About me
Thank you for visiting! A little about me... I grew up in the redwood forests of California, spent eleven years in NYC, and eventually landed in beautiful Kentucky in 2022.
In an effort to heal my own aches and pains (emotional and physical), I spent my younger years studying a variety of healing modalities. I have extensive experience and training in the Alexander Technique, meditation, Thai massage, guided visualization, yoga, essential oils, & more. After a rather miraculous session with a healer in Kentucky, I decided to become certified in advanced CranioSacral Therapy.
