Cassie is an amazing trainer. She truly listens to the goals you have and helps you reach those goals. Cassie has become not only a personal trainer to me but a good friend. She goes above and beyond to ensure that your workouts are directly related to you and your goals. Each workout I finish with Cassie I feel that much more confident.
Cassie is an excellent trainer, coach, and mentor. She has been pivotal in my day-to-day fitness for some time now. My schedule is meticulously tailored made to my needs and aspirations. Additionally, she has put a lot of effort into keeping the bespoke workout program interesting, engaging and challenging. Equipped with knowledge, passion, and a willingness to educate, Cassie keeps me accountable for my fitness goals and encouraging me to be proactive and enthusiastic in pursuing my aspirations of keeping healthy and active.

About me

Brian's Story:
I had always been an athlete and played sports growing up, but I was always very skinny and was self conscious because of that, and my confidence was affected. Early in college I got into weightlifting and really fell in love with the never ending challenge that comes with working out. It’s you vs. you and there’s no one to blame but yourself, and the competitor in me thrived on that. I was hitting the gym 6 days a week (too much in retrospect), and making pretty good progress not really knowing what I was doing, I was just working hard. My 1 rep max on bench press went from 175 to 315 in just 8 months, and I gained 20 lbs of muscle overall in that time. Unfortunately I was sustaining a lot of minor injuries along the way that would have remained minor if I had just rested for a day or two, but I wanted to get to my goals so fast, that I thought there wasn’t a day to waste. Long story short, one of those injuries finally got me and I had to stop lifting for a few months and lost a lot of progress. I’m sharing this with you because I have gone through things before receiving all the education I’ve gained throughout my career. I’ve since learned that there’s a much more efficient, safer way to reach your goals than go-go-go “no days off” approach. I want to help you learn from my mistakes and avoid putting yourself in harms way and still maintaining a constant, successful path toward your goals!

Ultimately we aim to educate and empower our clients to make big changes in their lives. To be more specific let us tell you have exactly we came to the coaching structure we offer right now.

After working as health coaches in a traditional gym setting for many years we started to notice a flaw in the structure of personal training and lifestyle coaching. We believe the goal of a health coach should be to help their clients better understand their own body.

Cassie is an incredible aid in anyone's journey to overall health and fitness. I am constantly impressed by her depth and breadth of knowledge about the body: muscles, injuries, nutrition, weight, and more. But perhaps equally impressive is the way that she is approachable and encouraging, helping me to gradually but consistently discover new habits that will continue to help me reach my goals. I never feel overwhelmed by my fitness journey because Cassie breaks it down into manageable parts and is an enthusiastic supporter along the way. I appreciate so much how she looks at wellness from multiple vantage points: food, sleep, movement, and more. As someone who is recovering from an injury, I cannot imagine staying sane and building healthy habits during this chaotic and unprecedented time without Cassie's help.
Brian helped me start seeing gains again!!! After years of feeling like I was stuck in the plateau, Brian helped me focus on exercises that allowed me to get growth and still be lean! He also helped me with posture and lower back pain! Great trainer and diet influencer!
Cassie is very nice and friendly. She listen to my concerns and problems and gives me attainable solutions. Cassie doesn't tell me no, but gives me alternatives and great replacement suggestion and even sends me tools and links to help me manage my hectic life. I'm a really shy and I don't have confidence in myself ,so after our meetings I feel really good about myself and she makes me feel good about what I am trying to accomplish.
I was having trouble meeting the physical demands necessary for my big mountain climbing objectives. After working with Brian for nearly a year and a half now, I am crushing my goals! Brian has always been attentive, listens to me, and tailors my workouts based on what I need to improve the most. Not only does Brian bring a great physical training program to the table, he also ensures that I am focusing on my nutrition and my mental health so I can be in the best form when attempting my climbing goals. If Brian can tailor a successful workout for my specific needs, I am absolutely positive Brian can do the same for you!
If you are looking for a personal trainer, Brian is your guy! Amazing results! The best I’ve ever looked and felt. Extensive knowledge in both personal fitness and nutrition! He listens and keeps you motivated. Targets what you want to work on, but changes the workouts up so you never get bored. When I didn’t like a workout he found something that worked for me while staying focused on the goal.
Brian worked with me for a year as my personal trainer. He taught me a great deal about making making sustainable day-to-day changes to promote a healthier lifestyle. He coached me not only on exercising, but also nutrition, stress management, and general well-being. He has a kind and gentle mentoring approach and adapts his methods to fit the needs to each client.
Cassie is amazing! I travel a lot and have issues working out due to a previous injury. Cassie is so attentive during our in person workouts. She immediately tweaks each workout to make it the best for me. She is always evaluating and making sure to strengthen areas to help my flexibility and mobility. I never feel any type of negativity and she makes me feel comfortable to open up about my previous struggles with working out and my personal health. The ability to have the workouts in their app that is customized for me is so helpful. Cassie also takes time to talk with me about how I view food and how making little changes can make a world of difference. She is a wealth of information and I am so happy I have found her and Fit Happens!
