I have always felt that it to be wrong to workout until it hurts and also find it very hard to get motivated to do that to myself. I like the idea of having someone who realizes this and is making changes to create a good workout that is safe, so thank you!
I’m in love with your workouts! I’ve done the ‘no pain no gain’ workouts for 8 years now. I have had tons of pain and nearly no gains. lol I am so glad I can workout and go do something else with my day. I feel refreshed and revived. No more ‘oh my gosh I just need a nap now’ workouts.

About me

Our mission is to make fitness safe, fun and accessible without intimidating you. We want to bring our living rooms to yours, inviting you into an intimate view of holistic wellness.

Fit2B Studio is an online fitness portal with members in 45+ countries worldwide. We provide unlimited access to over 200 streaming workout videos and over 10 fitness ecourses that are family friendly and tummysafe for prenatal and postnatal women.
We are passionate about standing in the gap for those who have been led to believe that they will always look pregnant or will always leak when exercising. We are here to offer ways to workout while you heal your diastasis recti, stabilize your hernias and reduce your prolapse.

Fit2B Studio is radically different from any other fitness provider - not only because we provide TummySafe cues in every video during every move, and not just because our family-friendly focus keeps things modest, safe and fun for all ages and ability levels - but mostly because our founder, Bethany Learn, is no run-of-the-mill instructor and thought leader.
Beth is a real-life mom of two who believes she can encourage you and demonstrate proper form without revealing a bunch of skin. She got her start in the fitness industry when she was 16 at her local Cascade Athletic Club chain. Then she become a certified group fitness instructor at 18, finished her degree in Exercise and Sport Science at Oregon State University when she was 21, began personal training when she was 22, and became an assistant fitness facility manager at Club Fed at Bonneville Power Administration when she was 23. Since then she has furthered her education and certifications in every style of movement possible, most recently training and mentoring under Kelly Dean, LPT and owner at The Tummy Team.
With all her education, Beth still speaks in layman terms with no unexplainable terminology or screaming. She works hard to monitor current research, following rehab and alignment experts closely to ensure that Fit2B is as natural, TummySafe™ and easy to apply to your everyday real life as possible. Our TummySafe™ focus teaches the proper alignment and daily awareness needed to decrease abdominal pressure and increase overall body strength and tone.
