About me
About me
I was born and raised in Santa Barbara. My life here was not exceptionally healthy, I ate fast food, watched a lot of TV, and didn't get much sleep. I still excelled at school and athletics, so I figured healthy things weren't all that important for my upkeep. It wasn't until I received regular chiropractic care that I realized how these things actually made me feel. Feeling what a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger does to your body is a quick way to never order one again. From there I began trying cleaner living, and the way I felt changed completely.
