I thought this was just going to be another massage but wow! The peace and serenity brought about by their techniques is amazing. With the patience of a monk, they will hold you in just the right position to release traumas that have been stored in your body. Unlike "deep tissue" this doesn't hurt at all but relieves pain. Frank and Clay have both worked on me and they're both fantastic!

You have arrived at the right place to help you move forward.

Whether you are held back because of physical pain, spasms, limited joint movement, insomnia, anxiety, grief, depression, lack of energy or many other symptoms, we will work together to help find the root of the problem and address it. When I say "we will work together," it depends on the therapy used. It can mean that you are just relaxing on the table and allowing the therapy to happen, or it can mean you are actively breathing to help release very stubborn muscle tension. Either way we have to work together to get the best results.

In most sessions, I will use a variety of techniques, determined by your own body, to help you get the most out of your session. This approach helps you get the results you need as fast as possible. Most massage therapists focus on the area(s) of pain or discomfort. Although, that may give relief for a small period of time, it is very temporary. The cause of the problem is rarely at the site of the pain. I know the anatomy, structure and the function of movement in the body. I know that each body is unique and needs an individual approach. I know where to look for these aggravated muscles, tendons and ligaments. I will be glad to explain what I'm doing and why, in a way that is easy to understand and it will make sense. I know what its like to be in constant pain, looking for answers and need relief as soon as possible. I will help your body heal, naturally without drugs. If you are currently on medications to help you cope with your pain, I can help you reduce or eliminate your dependency on those drugs by releasing the strain that causes it.

Craniosacral Therapy helps relieve tensions in the most protected parts of your body, around the brain and spinal cord. When the Craniosacral System is working well, we feel good, can think clearly, we are not anxious, our immune system is at its peak. If part of this system gets stuck, we are in a mental fog, have slow reaction times, can be in pain, uncoordinated, dizzy, dingy, or even clinically impaired. It even helps with conditions like: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Migraines, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, PMS symptoms and Autism to name a few.

Myofascial Release uses light to moderate pressure to release stubborn soft tissue adhesions and scar tissue. The fascial tissue is stretched to its initial limit then held for a few minutes, to allow more permanent elongation. This helps release the over-protective holding pattern that your body has developed. The holding pattern has kept you in constant tension and pain, feeling as if in a straightjacket all the time. Because of the longer hold times used in this technique, the nervous system has time to catch-on to what is occurring. You become more aware of how your body holds these tensions. After a session, the nervous system continues to makebeneficial corrections for several days or weeks. It's as if we have reminded your body to repair these areas of tension in the body.

Massage Cupping Therapy helps your lymphatic system work more efficiently and improves the blood circulation to the skin and underlying tissue. It helps release deeper adhesions and scar tissue allowing pain relief and free movement. A series of Reducing Wrap treatments can help tighten and tone the body, legs and arms as well as reduce cellulite dimpling.

Sports Massage has been shown to improve your endurance, strength, recovery time and help you zero in on your next performance goal. Olympic and Professional athletes have been using massage to compete at the highest levels for decades. Also, it helps with those nagging little problems before they take you out unexpectedly, during a competition. We all know someone that has had that happen.

Try a Relaxing and Rejuvenating Massage that will help calm your sympathetic nervous system and allow the stress and tension to melt away. This massage helps improve circulation of blood and lymph throughout your body, so your immune system will get a boost, too. This is not your run of the mill "Swedish massage." This is more of a "whole body tune-up" and it will stand out from other massages you have received.
