About me
The nervous system works by addition, not subtraction. So while we can’t remove anything, we can always add something new into the mix. This is why it’s so vital for us all to be able to get comfortable with those thoughts, feelings and impulses that bring us the most discomfort. This is where our greatest potential for growth and change lies. Often times, it is the desire for certainty that causes us to suffer more than the uncertainty itself, but you don’t have to know what’s going to happen in order to feel comfortable with what’s going to happen.
