About me

Hi, I'm Dr. Gigi and I'm looking forward to getting to know you. Having a holistic practice is so important to me because the whole person must be honored, each system we interact with must be valued and included in our treatment with my goal always being to teach my clients tangible tools to insert into their lives, so you gain control. Working with me you will use a variety of modalities that are tailored to your needs but often will include a focus cognitive and mindfulness focus, nutrition focus, meditation, yoga and working with our nurse practitioner to ensure your baseline functioning is in alignment with healthy ranges for mental wellness. To be well mentally is to be engaged holistically so you are able to really give the energy needed to conquer what barrier you what to overcome. Let me join with you.
