About me

Hi I'm Jósa!
a HumanBEing of many different things and energies, and a BIG LOVER of LIFE as my greatest teacher. I work for Earth and aim to listen carefully to the elemental guidance she brings.

I have many dear practices, like Yoga, meditation, Art and Sound
- as well many years of practicing and teaching; Access Bars, Reiki, SoundBaths and self-curated workshop in my native Iceland, Denmark and all around the US.

My main line of work is: Energy Work. I do hands-on healing and remote.
I've worked well with people in all ages, as well with occasional dogs and cats.
