About me

About meI have integrated complementary healing techniques with traditional therapies for many years. I received my physical therapy training at The Mayo Clinic, and my Doctorate degree in physical therapy at Drexel University. After a 40 year career I retired from the conventional healthcare arena. I was trained in shamanic energy medicine through the Four Winds Society and through Julie M. Kramer.

Energy healing opened me up to the spiritual realm. My shamanic training introduced me to my Spirit Guides and gave me direct contact to Divine Guidance.

I use this connection and guidance to assist those who are on their own spiritual journey who want to connect to their divine guidance, step into self-empowerment, and develop the skills to support their own self-healing process.

I am passionate about supporting those who struggle with feeling lost and are challenged by their inability to manage the demands of their daily life, and for many, also their physical pain. After working with me, my clients experience freedom from pain and suffering, and move forward powerfully on their spiritual path.
