Neurofeedback Practitioner, Psychologist
LENS Neurofeedback is a low energy micro-pulse that reorganizes brain pathways.
Passive neurofeedback clears out repeating negative thoughts. When the brain is clear and spacious, many health concerns right themselves. THen the early teaching of Buddhist meditation are useful to lock in the habit of mindfulness, happiness and kind regard.
We found passive neurofeedback because a family member had foggy brain from head trauma. It worked on all our counseling clients. After 30 years of digging up the roots of trauma, now we are able to convince the brain to simply let go in a few seconds. An EEG reads brainwaves and faintly echoes them back through the three sensor wires. The brain sees what it is doing for the first time and drops the old patterns that don't work.
