About me

People always ask me: "How did you come to be a Hypnotherapist?" The only thing that comes to mind after someone asks me that question is serendipity. After meeting a Hypnotherapist at a woman empowerment event and being introduced to it, and then having it change my life; I instantly knew that this was my calling. Finally! A non-biased approach to therapy away from the conventional methods that don't always work for everyone. Unfortunately many people usually seek out hypnotherapy as a last resort. Think of a Hypnotherapist as a Behavioral Therapist. You can seek them out for any behavioral change you'd like to make in your life. I love the approach in hypnotherapy that it never provides advice, but more so guides you to find all the answers withing yourself through the power of the subconscious mind. People don't always want advice, they want to feel empowered.
Hypnotherapy is more of an integrative approach that works with the mind, body, and spirit, as well as the bodies energy field to help you learn new patterns of thought. One creates their reality by the thoughts they have on a daily basis. Many times this is why people get sick, anxious,stressed or depressed. What the mind can't process it puts in the body. Many times this is the reason for Auto Immune disorders. This is one of my specialties among others.
Through hypnotherapy I help you realize that changing your thoughts changes your beliefs, changing your beliefs changes your behavior, and changing your behavior changes your life. Your mind is always successful at allowing you to arrive at your goals. What may be getting in your way is the pattern of how you have learned to do things.Let's focus on where you are now and where you want to be. No need to focus so much on the past. Make a decision as to what you want to change, then let's put it into action.
