About me
About me
As a widow, a mother , a grandmother, a hospice volunteer and a Health care worker I understand the chaos and stress of todays world. I became a certfied Lifecoach in 2016, as I cared for my deteriating husband. After his death I became a hospice volunteer. Leading me to becoming a Reiki and Comfort Touch Practioner. I can sit and hold safe space for you to de-stress and cope with your anxiety. As a Lifecoach and Reiki Practioner I can also walk beside you as you journey through the grief process. Understanding that grief is not always about death.
