About me

My master's level education in clinical counselling combines evidenced-based therapeutic approaches of narrative therapy, mindfulness and self-compassion with somatic techniques to reconnect the body, mind, and spirit while healing from past trauma.

In addition, I incorporate alternative healing techniques like Reiki and Breathwork to allow clients to seek deeper connections and safety in their own bodies.

Together we will create a safe space for you to unpack the situations in your life that are just not working anymore, and find a new path toward your ideal life.
