About me

Hello!
I am Cathy Powers.
I am a health and wellness coach. I have been helping people with their health issues since 2012. I believe having additional choices to improve one's health are both valuable and effective.
I received my B.S. in Health and Wellness from Kaplan University in 2012. This course of study taught me a plethora of information and insight. Gaining more knowledge in areas of health and wellness allows me to bring my interests and gifts into helping people improve their health.
Additionally, I have added Reiki to my health coaching.
