About me

As a licensed professional in Colorado, Tennessee and Georgia for over 12 years, I use a combination of therapeutic techniques (in person and virtually) and neurofeedback (in person) to help clients manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, codependency, narcissistic abuse, relational issues, and sex/intimacy issues. In addition, I offer premarital counseling, Christian counseling and life coaching. I am a Board Certified Tele-mental Health Professional, Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional, Certified in Trauma Focused-CBT, Certified Neurofeedback Specialist and Marquis Who's Who member. I am an award-winning author for my therapeutic children's book, "Where's My Hair? A Trichotillomania Story for Children" and co-author of the Best-Selling and #1 New Release, "Reigning Resilient Queens: You Are Not Alone".

Working with high profile clients, I recognize the importance of privacy, professionalism and results. I have worked with high profile individuals, families and couples ranging from CEOs, corporation Presidents, authors and public speakers to NBA & NFL players, award winning musicians/writers and actors. I understand the importance of discretion with this population and ensure secure communication systems, HIPPA compliance, pseudonyms if desired. VIP upgrade includes travel to the client's home upon request for an additional fee.
