About me

I began to study herbalism after I lost my mom to cancer in the early 90s, because I felt there has to be a better way to help people heal. I took my first herb course in 1996. Later on I found yoga and it helped me so much with stress and well-being.

After much thought and more study, I realized that Ayurveda herbalism and yoga which are sister sciences, could be used in unison to help people with Diabetes, rehabbing after an injury, stress-related Illnesses, joint pain, and simply building strength. We need to heal ! So I want to share my knowledge to help you feel better!
