I have extensive experience working with those who are struggling with grief. I provide help with life after loss, any type of loss, be it a loved one or a situation that is causing uncertainty.
After working in the field of traditional mental health counseling for 20 years, I have fully developed the skills and knowledge of a highly effective therapist. I have transformed my conventional mental health counseling office into a healing arts and wellness practice that is an intuitive, spiritual and holistic approach to emotional well-being.
My philosophy of care focuses on the connection between the mind, the body and the spirit, they all affect each other. Wellness is about the mindset, which affects the mood, as well as the body and the connection to the heart and soul. Treating the body really is about treating the mind, the attitude, the practiced thoughts and the connection (or lack of) with Source.
After the first visit clients feel a deep sense of peace and validation. Many have said they feel lighter and uplifted.
