I've been helping children, teens and adults to be the best version of themselves for over 44 years. I specialize in lifting depression, grief, PTSD, anxiety and sleeplessness.
I taylor my services to your individual needs to ensure a positive experience for you. As a Jungian Depth Psychology practitioner, I help you by providing a goal-directed 10-week package targeting the problem as you experience it. This is not a one-size-fits-noone approach. Whether you have old issues arising in new form or a new issue you've never experienced, we create a plan and implement it thoughtfully, based on your skills, interests and needs.
