About me
About me
After twenty plus years in the dance community in Chicago; dancing, teaching and choreographing, I decided to transition out of the performing arts into the healing arts. I moved to Santa Fe in 1988, began studying Connective Tissue Polarity and Myofacial Release. I received my Massage license in 1990. Since then, I studied Hakomi Integrative Somatics and various Cranial Sacral Therapies. I received my Masters in Social Work in 1995.
