Free initial consultation. I want to hear from you! Where you are, where you want to go, and what's getting in the way of that.

Initial Nutrition Consultation 90 Minutes
An initial consult will review your health history, relevant labs, and a detailed questionnaire. Bring any and all questions you may have! We will come up with a game plan and assess how many sessions you require to help you reach your goals. Follow up appointments are 30 minutes long.

Personal Training Session, 1 hour
A single customized exercise session tailored to your goals and fitness level. Session is an hour long. The session will be created after our initial consultation and functional movement screening.

About me

I have struggled and lived through the same experiences many of my clients have. My own health issues, disordered eating, and mental stressors led me down this path of education in search of answers and wellness beyond traditional medicine. I have an undergrad degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Nutrition, and am a Certified Personal Trainer. I believe in a greater connectedness amongst us that can be attained through mindfulness and better awareness. Music, basketball, and traveling give me energy and life, while relationships, friends, and family fulfill me. My ideal happy place is spending the day snowboarding on a mountain with fresh snow and great company. I am an adventurer, lover, and empath. Meditation is important to me, as is what we put into our body and how we move our body.

My Philosophy of Care

I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellness without dieting, restricting, or insane workouts. My approach to nutrition and exercise is personalized because each individual is unique and no one way works for everyone. Intuitive eating is the framework in which we cultivate success. The end goal is finding freedom, gaining back your time, and building a healthier relationship overall with your body and food.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

On your first visit, we review your medical and health history, any related labs, previous injuries, and any other information you believe is pertinent. We'll create a plan including both short-term and long-term realistic goals. All of your questions will be answered and you will leave the session feeling confident and ready to start on a path to freedom in health.

My Inspiration

My inspiration for wanting to help others comes from my own struggles and hoping to better educate and guide people in the right direction. My own health journey helped me create a roadmap for others to follow.
