Private Yoga Session
One hour dedicated to a yoga sequence suited for you and your needs. This can be breath and meditation to relieve anxiety, a physical practice to treat a specific back condition or injury (including neck and shoulder pain, bulging and herniated disks, stenosis, scoliosis, osteoporosis, SI joint dysfunction, and more), a practice to improve focus, attention, memory and cognitive function, sound healing, or any combination of the above.

YOGA FOR SLEEP - WORKSHOP (FOR 5 PEOPLE AND ABOVE)
Research shows a direct relationship between sleep and brain health. Don't let world events keep you from getting a much needed night sleep. Learn ways to wind down before bed for a better quality sleep, including Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation for deep relaxation.
