My official titles include, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), Certified Personal Trainer from International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and Certified Nutrition Coach from International Sports Science Association (ISSA). People in my life call me mama, wife, sister, daughter, friend, coach and on occasion badass! I truly love life, I feel like we are meant to enjoy every minute of it. My hobbies include working out, cooking, playing with my son, enjoying the sun, traveling, eating great food, watching movies and learning more about how to become a better version of myself. I'm originally from California, moved to Oregon where I met my husband and now live in Germany! I'm always trying new ways to workout and cook food, so my practice is always evolving to learn more. Which I love to learn and hear about new things that can improve our lives. I hope to hear more about you when we work together in the future!
Growing up I had a mixture of eating really well and having donuts for breakfast because it was the easiest thing for mom to pick up on the way to school. As I became older my food choices didn't get any better. When I was in my early 20's I began to notice that my body would react to the way I treated it, which in this case was less than dirt. I started to realize that if I treated my body well, I would not only feel great but also have better mental clarity. Of course if took me still a few years of binging on alcohol, drugs and sweets before I really came to the conclusion that I needed to be better to myself and those around me. So I searched and began to learn about all the things health related. I saw how people, almost unknowingly were mistreating their bodies, from the food they ate to how they slept. I realized that to be truly well, it would not only take eating a variety of delicious whole foods but also having good company around you, sleeping good, making choices that benefit you and make you happy. So with that I want to share this knowledge so you can better your life and set an example for those around you!

We will get to take a look at not only how and what you eat but also many other aspects of your life that can affect the way you eat. For example, can you think of a time where you were either mad, happy, or even tired, followed by eating something that you instantly regretted? I'm totally guilty of this! The point is that a lot of our poor choices come from eating around our emotions. So as your coach I will help you with the tools you need so that there is less of that behavior.
