About me
I was born and raised in Northern New Mexico amid many different cultures and alternative modalities of healing. At a young age I knew I wanted to help people live better but the western medical system was not what I wanted. Eventually I discovered Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Martial Art of Thai Chi Chuan and I knew I had found what I was looking for. I was lucky enough to attend a school having an Integrated Health program to combine with the Massage Therapy program they had. My instructors were wonderful and taught far more than just how to work at a chain spa. I incorporated everything I learned, from Thai Massage to Sound healing, into my signature style of therapeutic massage. Depending on the clients needs, I adapt my techniques to best address the issue at hand. Together we move through a healing experience, releasing held or trapped stress and tension.
